CQUniversity is a member of the Microsoft Caudit: Campus and Select Licensing Agreements.

Site License (whole of CQUniversity)

Available to Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Mackay, Emerald, Noosa, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne campuses and Affilates to include Travel Crew, COIN, Student Association.

• Office Project Professional
• Microsoft Expression Web
• Visual Studio Professional: Visual C++, Visual C#, Visual Basic, Visual Web Developer

*In order to run any version of a Microsoft Windows operating system, the University must have a valid license for a Microsoft Windows operating system on each qualified desktop on which the software is run.

How do I get the software?

Software can be installed on machines belonging to or under the direct control of CQUniversity, owned or leased by the University.

Windows: Self-install: Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add New Software.

Macintosh: Submit a Service Request or contact the ITD Service Centre.

The Microsoft Select Agreement permits CQUniversity to purchase Microsoft Application, System and Server products at reduced academic pricing. For further information, log a service request online or contact the ITD Service Desk.

Microsoft Work at Home Rights

As part of the Microsoft Campus Agreement, CQUniversity staff are able to access selected Microsoft software for work at home use through the CQUniversity Bookshop.
