CRNRC Modules
The CRNRC course for Registered Nurses is made up of 10 online modules. These are:
- Understanding the Australian Health Care System
- Professional Communication
- Assessment & Care Planning
- Legal & Ethical Frameworks
- Professional Nurse Practice
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Evidence Based Clinical Practice
- Culture & Health
- Pharmacology
- Mental Health Nursing
Overall the modules have a total study commitment of 400 hours over 10 weeks. After completion of these modules students will have:
- developed the knowledge, skills and other attributes that are required for the RN to be able to provide nursing care competently and within the overarching context of safe practice;
- the necessary knowledge and skills to re-enter the nursing profession as a safe and competent beginning level nurse in line with the ANMC Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse.
