Requesting Sponsorship from CQUniversity

CQUniversity is pleased to support its community by providing sponsorship on projects that will achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the community and the University.

CQUniversity supports events and projects that;

  • Are aligned to the university's mission and goals
  • Support regional economic development
  • Enhance the reputation of the university
  • Offer mutual benefit for the university and the community
  • Make our region more liveable
  • Allow us to develop partnerships

How to apply

To assist us in assessing your request, please forward a sponsorship proposal that includes;

  • Details / nature of the proposal or event
  • Project overview or background if this is a new partnership
  • Recognition and acknowledgement opportunities available for CQUniversity
  • Opportunities available to recognise CQUniversity's involvement / partnership
  • Amount requested both monetary and in-kind
  • Any additional sponsorship benefits

Policy

An Outgoing sponsorship Policy has been developed to assist you with your proposal. The policy outlines who and what we sponsor, and also outlined the difference between Community and Corporate sponsorship to Marketing recruitment and retention sponsorship opportunities.

Timeframes

We request that you allow at least 2 weeks for CQUniversity to review your application and forward your proposal at least six weeks prior to an event or activity.
