Fees and Charges

Fees

Your Offer of Admission states what fees will apply to your enrolment:

  • Student Contributions; or
  • Tuition fees - domestic full-fee; or
  • Tuition fees - international full-fee.

In addition to these fees, students will also be required to pay a Student Service and Amenities Fee. Some students who are exempt from paying Student Contributions and Tuition Fees will be required to pay a Student Service and Amenities Fee.

Fees are calculated approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of each term. Once calculated, fees can be viewed by logging into CQUcentral and accessing account details in the Student Centre. CQUcentral allows students to view and print Fee Notices on demand and as a result we no longer post out hard copy invoices. The due date for payment is detailed on the Fee Notice.

Fees are calculated on the basis of your enrolment, so any enrolment change - add or drop - could adjust the fees due for the term. Fees are recalculated daily and student accounts updated to reflect any enrolment changes made in the previous 24 hours. Fees are also recalculated when accessing the online payment facility through the Student Centre in CQUcentral. For additional information, select one of the links below:

Charges

Sundry or incidental charges are not dependant on enrolment but accrue on an ad-hoc basis and include student loans, late, graduation ad library charges. Invoices for sundry and incidental charges are issued weekly.
