How To Apply

To apply for a Review of Grade you must have completed the Informal Consultation process and obtain and complete the Application for a Review of Grade Form and submit it to the Office of the Associate Dean (Teaching & Learning) in the Faculty responsible for the course or to your Faculty Campus Administration staff. The application must be submitted within 10 working days of the Certification Date for course grades, unless the student can demonstrate special or extenuating circumstances. This might include illness proven by a doctor's certificate, or a death in the family.
