Training Employment and Career Coaching (TECC)

The Training, Employment and Career Coaching (TECC) support service assists students and graduates with their career development through a broad range of employment and career oriented services. These services are provided without charge and each student is assisted with tailored coaching, based on their individual goals and needs.

Once you become a program member, TECC provides the following services:

  • individual assessments;
  • career coaching and planning workshops;
  • assistance with preparing a job application;
  • opportunities to acquire work experience in field of study;
  • involvement in community projects and volunteer positions;
  • professional associations information sessions;
  • industry related employer information sessions; and
  • information regarding part‑time, vacation and graduate employment.
