The IT Helpdesk operates between 08:30am and 06:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 08:30am and 5pm on Friday and is located on Level 1.
Students can also contact the Helpdesk via 07 3295 1111 within normal business hours for any university related computer assistance. If help is required outside these times, students can seek assistance from the Security Personnel on campus.
