What do I do if my mailing address on the Student Records System is incorrect?

Address details can be amended on CQUcentral up to the official Certification of Results date (as published in the calendar of Principal Dates). If you have not updated your mailing address by that date, it is recommended that you lodge a Mail Redirection form at Australia Post. CQUniversity does not accept responsibility for any official communication that fails to reach a student who has not followed the above procedure.

What do I do if my name is spelt incorrectly on the Student Records system?

Students who wish to change their name details on the University's records must contact the Student Administration and complete a "Change of Personal Details" form.

What are my responsibilities with regard to Graduation?

  • ensure correct knowledge of graduation key dates and eligibility;
  • ensure correct knowledge of graduation ceremony dates, times and locations;
  • maintain your address details correctly on CQUcentral;
  • Check your student email regularly.

When and where are Graduation Ceremonies held?

Graduation ceremonies are held in various locations each year and attendance is optional.
