Upon graduation you will have a life-long partnership with the University. We are proud to support you and you will always be important to us. Over 60,000 of CQUniversity’s graduates are located all around the world and by staying connected, you have access to a wide range of benefits, resources, opportunities, networks and each other. Visit the Graduates & Alumni website for further information about being an alumnus of CQUniversity Australia.
At CQUniversity we are very proud of the achievements of all our graduates - both during the time you study with us and once you have entered the workforce. We believe that our graduates are shining examples of what we all strive so hard to do here at the University - produce graduates who are equipped to deal with whatever challenges life and their careers can throw at them. We need to know what you are now doing so we can ensure our future graduates are best prepared for the types of careers they will encounter in this rapidly changing world.
The Graduate Destination Survey (GDS) records the career and further study activities of recent graduates from Australian universities. In particular, the survey identifies employment, sectors of employment, average annual salaries, and location of employment along with information on further study activities. It also provides valuable feedback from past students for improvements to CQUniversity's programs. The GDS is coordinated nationally by the Graduate Careers Council of Australia (GCCA), but it is the responsibility of each University to ensure recent graduates are surveyed, conducting in-house analysis and reporting these results to the GCCA.
All graduates will be asked to complete a GDS during regalia collection.
