Because of that you can learn to bounce back to top form and become a more resilient student, especially when you practice the many tips for successful study involved in the Optimism Program.

When does the Optimism Program start?

The Optimism Program commences two weeks prior to each term.

Is the Optimism Program available online?

Yes, the Optimism Program is available as an online course and it is offered for all three terms as GOAS (Get Optimistic About Study) each year.
