Step 2 Check your enrolment

Within CQUcentral be sure to check you have been enrolled in the course, term and campus you applied for. If there are any issues with your enrolment please contact us immediately by calling 13 27 86 or via http://contactus.cqu.edu.au 

Commonwealth Assistance, HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP

If you are a Cross-Institutional student you may be required to complete an online Commonwealth Assistance Form as part of your enrolment.

All students who are offered a Commonwealth Supported Place are required to complete this form, even if they do not intend to defer their student contribution. Your Offer Letter will state 'Student Contribution' in the fee schedule section if you are a Commonwealth Supported student. Although you have already completed a Commonwealth Assistance Form with your home institution, you must also complete this form with CQUniversity.

Before completing this form, please have your Tax File Number ready to input as the form has a timeout function.

If your Offer Letter states 'Full Fee' you may be eligible to access FEE-HELP. Although you have already completed a FEE-HELP Form with your home institution, you must also complete this form with CQUniversity if you wish to access FEE-HELP.
