As a continuing student you should already know your username and password.
• Your username is your Student ID number, found on your offer letter, e.g. s1234567.
NOTE: If your Student ID begins with c or q, the last digit is dropped, e.g. c9876543 or q9876543.
Your username and password are case sensitive.

Commonwealth Assistance, FEE-HELP and the Student Service and Amenities FeeAs part of your acceptance, you may be required to complete an online Commonwealth Assistance Form. All students who are offered a Commonwealth Supported Place are required to complete this form, even if they do not intend to defer their student contribution. Your Offer Letter will state 'Student Contribution' in the fee schedule section if you are a Commonwealth Supported student. Before completing this form, please have your Tax File Number ready to input as the form has a timeout function. Information about Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP can be found here. If your Offer Letter states 'Full Fee' you may be eligible to access FEE-HELP. Information about FEE-HELP can be found here If you are eligible, you will also be given the option to complete an SA-HELP form. Information about SA-HELP can be found here. |
To accept your offer in CQUcentral, visit http://cqucentral.cqu.edu.au.
Once you have logged in to CQUcentral, click 'Continue to Student Centre' and scroll down to the 'Admissions' section. A pending offer will be available for you to select.
Ensure pop-ups are allowed by your internet browser as the Acceptance Wizard will open in a new window. You can check this in the tools section of most internet browsers.
Once you have completed all the steps within the Acceptance Wizard, be sure to return to www.cqu.edu.au/enrolment for assistance with enrolling in courses and preparing for your studies.
