Film and Arts, Mackay Inc (FAM) is a subsidiary of the CQUniversity Library Society, and this year the monthly film evenings will be held at the CQCM Theatre. The selected films are not usually shown at the commercial movie houses in Mackay, and may include foreign films and independent releases.
The ticket price includes a glass of wine and nibbles.

CQUniversity Schools Jazz Festival: The Finale Concert, School Event
The Finale Concert of the Schools' Jazz Festival will be held on the Sunday evening following the Festival and is the culmination of the CQUniversity Schools Jazz Festival. Come and enjoy the performances of these young musicians, together with Jeff Jarvis and the staff and students of the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music.
