Qualifications: BA University of Kent, Dip Professional Dance & Performance, ARAD

Laura trained with Lynette Denny at Theatre Arts Mackay for 10 years competing in Eisteddfods along the Queensland coast winning multi awards. Age 13 she migrated to United Kingdom and was accepted into the Royal Ballet School London, Royal Ballet Associate Program. At 16 Laura became a full time dance student at Central School of Ballet London and completed a three-year Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional Dance and Performance Studies. Laura toured the UK with Ballet Central Company during 2008.

Since October 2008 Laura has been in Mackay teaching RAD Ballet Examination Syllabus, CSTD Jazz, CSTD Tap and Contemporary and is currently the director of First Pointe Dance Academy in Mackay.
