The Central Queensland Primary Care Partnership (CQPCP) is a strong and committed Partnership with over five years’ experience in working together within Central Queensland.  CQPCP develops sustainable partnerships that identify, develop and implement innovative, enduring strategies to improve health outcomes in Central Queensland.  Current priority areas for CQPCP are: Indigenous Health, Nutrition and Physical Activity, Mental Health Promotion, Social Determinants of Health, Health Promotion Capacity Building, Partnership Capacity Building.  Membership is comprised of senior executives, providing broad representation from among key stakeholders in the health and community services industry, who have a wealth of relevant experience and expertise. Geographic coverage includes Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald and Biloela.

CQPCP is seeking to develop their strategic plan in April 2013.  To inform this process, they are hosting a series of 3 "liveWELL CQ" Question & Answer sessions to stimulate ideas, encourage dialogue and cultivate actions.
