Vision

To work in alliance with the mining industry and resources sector to integrate research and practice through excellence in collaborative R&D.

Mission

Our research seeks to:

  • Support and promote the common geographical catchment that we share with the resources sector
  • Promote constructive interaction, particularly within the Central Queensland region, across industry, education and residential communities
  • Support regional research and technical capability and capacity through applied research, technology transfer, and opportunities for postgraduate research and continuing professional education
  • Provide impartial expert advice that is informed by participation in local, national and international networks.
