The stories of regional and Central Queensland often remain untold and undocumented.
Idiom 23 strives to provide a space for these gems to be recognized and archived so the spirit of our unique region can be remembered and passed on to future generations. Regional Stories is a new venture in our efforts to support the writers of Central Queensland by opening a space on our website for these stories to be published.
At this time we are exclusively interested in creative non-fiction pieces pertaining to the Central Queensland area. If you are interested in submitting a creative non-fiction short story please email idiom23@cqu.edu.au . Your story must be typed and saved as a Microsoft Word .doc or .rtf file with your personal contact information.
