David Meyers Memorial Award

For a unique piece of writing, chosen by our judges:

Winner - Mary Anne Baartz from NSW for her story The Ink Link.  Mary Anne will receive a $500 book voucher from CQUniversity Bookshop.

This award is in honour of our  founding director of CQUniversity Press Professor David Myers  - who initiated the first publication of Idiom23 (called Yapunya) in 1987, but who sadly died on March 2, this year.
