About Professor Graham Pegg

Professor Pegg was previously an Executive Dean at Charles Darwin University and worked closely with Engineers Australia and the engineering industry in the Northern Territory to establish the Co-op Engineering program in Darwin.

Professor Pegg's background is in science, and he holds a first class honours degree and a PhD in Chemistry. His research interests over the years have ranged from design and synthesis of new drug target molecules, development of new vaccines, drug-receptor interactions, animal physiology and biochemistry, studies in various toxins affecting livestock, forensic chemistry and DNA molecular genetics. He has more than 100 scientific publications to his credit.

Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing and woodworking. He and his wife, Lindsey have 5 sons.
