I have volunteered at a drug rehabilitation centre in Queensland and have an interest in working with people who have and are experiencing stress and/or trauma and anxiety, sleep, eating, sexual and conduct disorders. I also enjoy conducting psychological assessments on clients across the lifespan.

Doreen has most recently been working with young offenders and their families in the community.  Prior to this Doreen was Project Manager with the Conduct Disorder Behavioural Intervention Program at CQUniversity.

Doreen has returned to CQUniversity and is presently working with the Centre for Physical Activity Studies on a NHMRC funded research project investigating the effectiveness of tailored videos in promoting physical activity using the internet.

Steve has previously worked as a Psychologist for non-governmental organizations and private practices. He has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and the assessment and treatment of adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Steve currently works within a local private psychology practice.

Tracy has worked in a number of settings including public mental health services, rehabilitation, and private practice. She works with clients across the lifespan and is trained in expressive therapies. She has an interest in working with people experiencing anxiety.

Kathleen has worked in Alice Springs with both the Child and Youth, and the Adult Community Mental Health Teams, for the Central Australian Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

Before moving to the Northern Territory, Kathleen was the coordinator of the Vietnam Veterans Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Programme at Toowong Private Hospital (TPH) in Brisbane. Prior to working at TPH, Kathleen worked at the Mater Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMHS) inpatient unit in South Brisbane.

Kathleen also has experience working in public hospitals in Brisbane as a registered nurse, areas such as hepatology, urology, brain injury rehabilitation, Post Anaesthetic Care Unit and adult medicine at the Princess Alexandria Hospital and paediatrics (medicine) The Mater Hospital.

Kathleen has an interest and experience in treating anxiety related conditions, health psychology, alcohol and other drugs rehabilitation and mental health conditions across the lifespan. She is also interested in CBT, schema focused therapy, solution focused therapy and sand play therapy with children. Kathleen also has an interest in research and has undertaken a joint research project for Flinders University and the Centre for Remote Health while in Alice Springs.
