There are many sources of assistance to consider before coming to me.

Your Student Association provides many services, including academic learning support advocacy services and, should you need it, legal referral. Before contacting me, make them your first stop in seeking assistance.

The Student services helps you with a wide range of personal and academic concerns.

Student administration can help you with information on examinations, fees, graduations and student records.

If you have problems with essays or written English generally, you can obtain free confidential help from the Communications Learning Centre.

If you have problems with mathematics of numeracy, you can obtain free confidential help from the Mathematics Learning Centre.

The Client Services helpdesk can solve problems with email, computer lab, or other IT hassles.

If you have contacted the appropriate agency above (preferably in writing), but are still having ongoing problems, email me.
