2. I am a CQUniversity Student who has a problem with bullying, discrimination or harassment, or a disability. What should I do?
The Student Ombudsman does not handle these matters, as they are outside the Terms of Reference for the Office.

- If you are studying at an Australian International Campus, go to the Manager, Client Services, at your campus.

3. I have been through all the University channels suggested but wish to take this matter further. What should I do?
You may seek external redress of your concerns at no financial cost through one of the agencies listed on the Wider Student Links hotlink on the left hand side of the website. The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and/or the Queensland State Ombudsman may be able to offer you assistance and support.
