How to Register?

Register Online:

or

Register by Mail Using a Paper Form

1. Print the:

• IELTS Application Form

2. Complete the form.  Make sure you answer all questions and sign where required.

Make sure you post this form to us.  Without it we can’t process your application and you may miss out on the exam you want to do.

All Candidates

Make sure you post these things to us.  Without them we can’t process your application and you may miss out on the exam you want to do:

• completed GST Form Rockhampton or GST Form Mackay
• Two passport sized photographs which have been signed on the back. Please read the Guidelines for Photos

Your photos should look like this:

Minimum 35 mm in width

Minimum 45 mm in height

 

A certified copy of your passport - the page with your photo and passport number please.

Payment

You can pay in several ways:

·         Pay online for ROCKHAMPTON exams - please click here

·         Pay online for MACKAY exams - please click here

·         Post a Credit Card Authority Form

·         Post a cheque

·         Pay on campus (EFTPOS, money order or cash)

All documents and payment must be sent to register for the exam.

When we have processed your application and you are accepted we will send you an email telling you that you are enrolled in the exam.

If you send us the correct documentation we will have your application processed within 48 hours of receiving it. 

If you do not send us the correct documents, your application will be delayed.

If your test is more than two months away, your confirmation letter may not be sent until previous test administration is complete.

 

Costs

Rockhampton: $330 for skilled migration and $363 for permanent residency.

Mackay: $490 for skilled migration and permanent residency.

Results

Results are posted to you 13 days after the test date. Results will not be given over the phone, by e-mail or in person. Results will not be released prior to being mailed.
