Class Discription: 

Super Sweat: A high intensity, variable full-body aerobic workout utilising the outdoor court, fields, tyres, sandbags, hills and more.

BoxFit: Combination of boxing drills, body-weight exercises, skipping & circuit training to deliver a stress-releasing workout.

SwimFit:  A swim-squad for all ages and all levels to improve stroke, fitness, efficiency, speed and fitness in the heated pool.

SeniorFit: A low impact, but challenging aerobic-based fitness class for the over 60’s utilising fit-balls, stepping, free-weights & more.

StepFit: An aerobic favourite for any fitness level. Using light hand weights and adjustable step, work your whole body to the beat.

StepBox: A fast, fun and furious combination of 20minutes of stepfit and 20mins of boxfit.

Yoga: Improve your coordination, flexibility, balance, core strength, breathing and circulation whilst de-stressing the body and mind.

Pilates:  Activate and strengthen your core, posture and overall body strength integrating exercise with breath-work.  

Yogalates : A combination of Yoga and Pilates focusing on core and balance.

Wild Wednesday Challenge : Put your training to the test as we scour the globe for various fitness benchmark challenges from beep-tests to cross-fit workouts to navy seal entrance exams and more. Are you WILD enough???
