Once logged in, the ''Desktop'' environment should appear. Double-click on the Venue Client icon or select Venue Client from the "start" Menu.
Once the Venue Client has loaded, mouse click[single] on the "my venues" menu and select the pre-saved Venue, (generally select the CQUniversity venue) [under navigation toolbar]. By clicking on video thumbnails within "vic", separate video stream windows should appear.
