Online Assignment Submission

Students can submit the FINAL draft of their assignments to the ALC for advice and assistance on academic communication or computer-related issues.

Computing

All undergraduate students are eligible for help with computer-related issues. An academic learning adviser will provide advice on the layout and formatting aspects of your assignment as well as advice related to word documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.

Academic Communication

Individual advice (by email for face to face) is available only to students who are in their first year of study at CQUniversity, students with a referral from their lecturer, or ESL and Disability students. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please use the Query form on the ALC Moodle or web site and we will contact you.

Our terms: Academic learning advisers provide advice on aspects of academic communication including structure, grammar, spelling and referencing, but not advice on the content of your assignment. Each student is eligible for one hour per week during which time an academic learning adviser will provide feedback on the draft, focusing on the issues identified as the most significant, or on issues identified on this on-line submission form below. Please be aware that in some cases, due to time allocation, not all aspects of academic communication will be addressed. Finally, we take no responsibility for the grade you receive.
