Community Engagement

CQUniversity has formed partnerships with Cairns-based organisations including the Skytrans Cairns Taipans Academy youth basketball team, who received a sponsorship from CQUniversity to return to the basketball competition this year.

CQUniversity has also begun a collaborative partnership with the Queensland Ambulance Service in Cairns to cater for rural and remote students enrolled in the Bachelor of Paramedic Science program, as well as providing financial support to Advance Cairns and Study Cairns with the aim to support the economic development of the far north region.
