The Office of Learning and Teaching has developed additional resources for academic staff addressing specific topic areas. While the Ten Top Tips are designed to be a succinct one pagers for convenient access. The Great Guides have been developed for staff or students who would like to explore the topic in more depth.

This guide offers suggestions and helpful advice. Importantly, it also provides links to additional information and resources in each section, plus a list of sources for further study in the final section, so that you can find out more about each topic. This will help you to develop your skills as a lifelong learner, so that you can continue to improve your abilities and knowledge beyond your University studies.

- Internationalisation of the Curriculum
This guide aims to assist staff to internationalise their programs and courses. It explains the University’s reasons for internationalising the curriculum and defines the term in the context of the University’s International Activities Framework Statement. The elements within the concept of internationalisation are detailed and the relationship between internationalisation and the graduate attribute of cross-cultural competence is discussed. The guide then outlines a process that staff can use for internationalising their courses and programs. A number of checklists are provided to support this process.
