Learning and Teaching Quality Staff

This is a team of professional staff who are responsible for working collaboratively with academic staff to enhance the quality of learning and teaching through the development, maintenance, implementation and review of learning and teaching policies within the University governance framework, as well as development of proactive and innovative strategies and initiatives.  

Mrs Jo Miller manages the establishment, maintenance and review of quality and administrative systems related to learning and teaching, including identifying risks and future requirements and developing and implementing system improvements and quality process enhancements.

Role: Provides professional support to teaching excellence activities at CQUniversity. Works collaboratively with staff to ensure appropriate levels of quality service, building strong relationships with other sections of the University to promote teaching excellence initiatives and participate in projects and team work as appropriate.
