Records Management Office

Located in Building 2, Lower Ground Floor - Room 07 it is the home of CQUniversity's experienced Records Team

The Team are responsible for:

  • daily provision of records management services to the university community;
  • administering, improving and implementing the Electronic Document & Records Management System (EDRMS - TRIM);
  • advice and training;
  • developing, reviewing and implementing information management policies and procedures;
  • developing and reviewing the Records and Information Management Framework; and
  • devising a Records and Information Management Strategy for the future management of CQUni information.

In addition we are responsible for processing all applications made to the University under Right to Information or Information Privacy legislation.
