Procurement Advisory Team

The Procurement Advisory Team (PAT) supports CQUniversity and the community by providing accessible and consistent professional advice and services in relation to all Procurement matters.

PAT are responsible for procurement at a whole-of-University level, ensuring that policies and procedures are current, available and compliant with governance frameworks, providing strategic procurement advice and ensuring probity and accountability in procurement.

We assist customers by providing a range of procurement related advice, processes and services to enhance the procurement process, achieve value for money, add value and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

Our services include:

  • Develop and deliver effective procurement policies, procedures, templates, systems and training;
  • Leading procurement processes and assisting customers to plan, develop and award procurement contracts;
  • Providing access to a range of Common Use Arrangements which may be beneficial to the University;
  • Providing customers with procurement solutions and advice in relation to all procurement matters.
