University Policies

All University policy documents are published online in a central repository, known as the IMPortal (Information Management Portal). 

The IMPortal contains all the key university documents   you need to guide your day to day activities within the University,   including plans, policies, principles, procedures, committee terms of   reference, codes, forms and templates.  

To locate documents within the IMPortal, you can use   the search box on the left and enter a key word or if you know the title   of the document you are looking for you can select the relevant letter   of the first word from the A-Z listing on the left. You can also view   documents by document type (eg. policy, plan or form), category (eg.   human resources or student), or approval authority (eg. Academic Board,   Council or Vice-Chancellor and President).  

If you are responsible for developing or reviewing   policy documents, guidance is provided in the Policy Development   Principles and Procedures and associated templates.
