You may find CQUniversity's Employment Assistance Program useful. Follow the link for more in depth information. Briefly this is a service offered by CQUniversity to provide various forms of counselling eg financial, legal and phsychological, to both you and you family members. It is confidential and numbers are reported to CQUniversity, names of persons utilising the service are not.

A WorkCover Medical Certificate must be completed by your doctor.
Work Capabilities Checklist (to be completed by your doctor if you are returning to work with restrictions. This form does not substitute for a WorkCover Medical Certificate.)
