CQUniversity is committed to creating a work and learning environment that is free of discrimination and harassment. CQUniversity fully supports and values a work culture of genuine acceptance of difference where everyone is given a fair go.
EO Online is an interactive online learning program aimed at providing staff with a better understanding of equal opportunity, harassment and discrimination issues and their application in a university environment.
EO Online was developed by a consortium of universities lead by the University of Wollongong. It has been designed specifically for a university environment for both academic and general staff. It consists of two modules with each module taking about 1 hour to complete. The first module is designed for all staff with the second module designed for supervisors. You do not have to complete the modules in one go. You can take as many session as you wish. Use your browser's Bookmarks or Favourites to mark the page you want to go back to.
All staff are encouraged to take the time to complete module 1 and for all supervisors to also complete module 2. It is more than appropriate for staff to also complete module 2.
Participation in this learning opportunity will further develop your understanding of equity principles in a work and learning environment. You are encouraged to complete and submit the user registration and feedback form. On receipt of the user registration form at the completion of each module you will be given the opportunity to print out a certificate of recognition. The Equity and Diversity Office will send you a small reward in appreciation of taking your time to complete the module.
