HR Benchmarking Reports

CQUniversity has been a participant in the "Australian Universities HR Benchmarking Program" conducted by Queensland University of Technology (QUT) since 2005. This benchmarking network measures and compares HR and staffing statistics across a wide range of activities allowing CQUniversity to identify industry trends, areas of internal success and areas requiring consolidation.

The participants in this benchmarking program are 48 universities from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa and more information on the program is available at http://www.hrd.qut.edu.au/hrbenchmarking/

The Reports below provide a summary of the key findings from CQUniversity compared with the results from all universities, including a comparison of the results from other regional universities, for the HR Benchmarking Program and provides an outline of the trends and patterns that have occurred in the survey results.
