CQUniversity is an engaged, supportive and dynamic university. We were recently awarded more 5-star ratings than any other of Queensland's public universities, in the Good Universities Guide for 2011. The star ratings were for graduate starting salary, non-government earning, indigenous participation, access by equity groups, cultural diversity and gender balance.

CQUniversity provides superannuation entitlements to all staff by contributing to UniSuper.
UniSuper is the superannuation scheme for Australia's higher education and research sector. The University contributes an amount equal to 17% of the employees gross salary. To find out more information visit UniSuper.
Members of staff are encouraged to attend short courses or conferences of direct relevance to the workplace. In addition staff may be entitled to financial assistance for formal study that will assist their current position.

C&K nGundanoo Imbabee Community Child Care Centre located on Rockhampton Campus is a non-profit community based and managed centre which offers long day care for children up to 5 years of age.
