Role and Responsibilities:

Lisa's primary focus is to:

  • Advise on employee relations/industrial relations matters
  • Support and advice on major restructuring/change processes
  • Provide advice on work related matters and assist staff to resolve workplace issues or concerns
  • Facilitate the resolution of workplace disputes/conflict
  • Administer workplace agreements, conditions of employment and relevant policies and procedures
  • Enterprise agreement development and advice
  • Support Professional Staff Job Evaluation team
  • Oversee recruitment processes
