How to Make an Insurance Claim

Motor Vehicle Claims
A copy of ALL documentation relating to the claim should be forwarded to the:
Financial Services Division (Building 65, Rockhampton Campus)
In addition to this, all the procedures listed in the following document should be adhered to:

Travel Claims
When making a claim for Travel Insurance, the University's Policy is with ACE Insurance Limited. In order to make a claim, this form must be completed, and a copy forwarded to Financial Services, Building 65, Rockhampton Campus.
