Where do I obtain a copy of the current Insurance 'Certificate of Currency'?

PDF files of the current version of Insurance 'Certificates of Currency' are located on the Insurance website.

There is damage to a CQUniversity-owned vehicle or a vehicle packaged through my CQU salary. What action should I take?

Refer to the instructions on the Insurance website.

The excess amounts for vehicle claims are:

  • $500 for each and every motor vehicle claim.
  • $100 for tractor and trailer claims
  • Nil age and inexperienced driver excess.
  • Nil for windscreen and glass only.

By phoning 1300 668 136 from anywhere in Australia, the claim can be lodged and a claim number assigned.

You must supply details of any claims lodged to the University Insurance Officers:
